To bring about a change in reading habits of children by incorporating informative and fun activities, the duo Samanta Satyal and Ayushma Nepal is going to launch Kids Insider, a fortnightly English newspaper for children.

According to a press statement released by the publishers, the newspaper aims to connect with kids from age 5 to 12 years old and will be released from November 1 onwards.

It added that during the time of pandemic where children are accustomed to electronic devices, it aims to encourage reading habits amongst children and help improve their concentration, expand their vocabulary and to develop their creative skills and imagination with fun contents in a paper.

It states, "Both of us have studied abroad. With our working experience in the global market, we have decided to return to Nepal and do something impactful here and thus we decided to start a kids newspaper which we realized is much needed in the current situation."
