KATHMANDU, July 7: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has instructed the educational institutions in the city to determine the scholarship quota in class 11.
On Friday, the education department of the metropolis issued a notice and instructed the schools concerned to provide scholarships to the students who will be admitted in class 11 by determining the quota.
KMC invites applications for Grade XI scholarships
On Friday, the metropolis instructed all educational institutions that enroll students in class 11 running under the metropolis to send the number of students enrolled in class 11 in the academic session 2022/23 by mid-July.
Similarly, the metropolis has said that in the past, to enroll students in class 11, the educational institutions would fix different admission schedules and publish short-term notices. The metropolis has also said to correct this practice.
The metropolis has instructed the educational institutions to fix the admission program so that the students coming to Kathmandu for admissions from the remote areas of the country get at least 15 days after the publication of the SEE results to apply for admissions.
