KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Office on Thursday organized a civic felicitation in honor of visiting President of India Pranab Mukherjee.
KMC Chief Rudra Singh Tamang handed over the key of the Office and a letter of civic felicitation to the visiting Indian President at City Hall.

Last time, during the then Indian President K R Narayan's state visit to Nepal in 1998, the then acting Mayor of KMC Bidur Mainali had also done the same job in the capital, according to KMC officials.
