Although employees under the education service have been deputed in five local-level units of the district, the employees have not reported to duty yet. The employees refused to go to the local-level due to irregular hierarchy of their positions. School Inspector at the District Education Office, Shanker Dutta Bhatta, said that the employees have refused to go to the local-level government as the executive responsibility has been given to employees of the Nayab-Subba or assistant level staff, while those deputed are of higher level.

The employees have been posted at Dasharath Municipality, Patan Municipality, Dogadakedar rural municipality, Dilashaini rural municipality and Melauli municipality in the district. RSS
