BAGLUNG, June 29: The Baglung-Burtibang road section of the Mid-hill Highway has been blocked due to a landslide triggered by incessant rainfall.
The landslide occurred at 10:30 PM in Galkot Municipality-7, Malma Aangakhet of the district, due to incessant rainfall. Vehicular movement along the Baglung-Burtibang section has been obstructed after the landslide.

Vehicles from Burtibang to Baglung Bazaar and from Baglung to Kharbang Burtibang are stranded as a result of the landslide. Efforts are being made to remove the landslide debris with the help of locals, said DSP Indra Bahadur Rana of the District Police Office, Baglung.
