SURKHET, June 28: Landslides have disrupted vehicular movement along the roads in the Karnali corridor at multiple locations today.
In the Dailekh section, at least five stretches of the highway were affected due to landslides between Paletada and the Paduka river, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Sunil Neupane. Security personnel have been deployed to clear the obstructions.

Similarly, a landslide in the Rukum section of the Mid Hill Highway at Kitani in Musikot Municipality, Rukum Paschim, has also halted traffic. Chief District Officer Hari Prasad Pant stated that efforts are underway to restore vehicular movement by removing the debris.
