KASKI, June 25: A person has died after being struck by lightning in Pokhara.
The District Police Office, Kaski, identified the deceased as Dev Bahadur BK, 49, of Harpan of Pokhara Metropolis-23.

He was hit by lightning when he was about to lock the house door at 11:30PM on Saturday. Severely injured, he was pronounced dead at a local hospital at 2:20AM today. His body has been kept at the Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara Academy of Health Science for post-mortem examinations.
