KATHMANDU, July 23: A man has been arrested for misbehaving with a female police officer at the Supreme Court.
According to District Police Range Kathmandu Spokesperson Superintendent of Police Nabraj Adhikari, 28-year-old Luma Choudhary, employed at Lincoln Law Firm in Maitighar, Kathmandu, was taken into custody following an incident on Monday afternoon.

The spokesperson explained that Choudhary was arrested after he assaulted a female police officer stationed at the Supreme Court while he was being interrogated. The confrontation occurred after Choudhary spoke with Supreme Court bench assistant Devi Prasad Pradhan regarding obtaining a copy of Chhatra Prasad Luitel's writ petition judgment.
An investigation has been initiated, and Choudhary has been transferred to Singha Durbar for further action.
