LAHAN, Nov 29: A man has been found dead in Kanchanrup Municipality-1 Bairaba of Saptari. The body of 50-year-old Pappu Raut, who had been missing since Monday night, was found on Tuesday in a state of strangulation.
On Tuesday morning, Raut's body was found in a strangulated condition, DSP Naresh Singh, spokesperson for the District Police Office, said.

"A detailed investigation into the incident has been started," Singh said, "We have also brought a trained dog to assist in the investigation."
