CHITWAN, Nov 27: Manakamana Darshan Pvt Ltd has said that it has carried a total of 13.92 million passengers to Manakamana Temple through cable car in 20 years. The company had started the cable car service from Kurintar in Dhading district to Manakamana Temple in Gorkha district on November 23, 1993. Executive Director of the company Rajesh Babu Shrestha said that they were planning to expand cable car in other tourist destinations as well. “We are mainly focused on tourism promotion and development of historical and religious places."
