Maoist Center calls central committee meeting

KATHMANDU, June 22: The ruling CPN (Maoist Center) has called a meeting of the Central Committee.

KATHMANDU, June 22: The ruling CPN (Maoist Center) has called a meeting of the Central Committee.


According to a circular sent to the party’s central members on Thursday, a meeting will be held on July 8 at Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi. The members of all the three commissions and officials of the provincial committee will also participate in the meeting.

Before the meeting, a report with a review of the two-month campaign has been asked to be sent by June 30.


According to the circular signed by the party’s Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and General Secretary Dev Gurung, those central members who are yet to submit their levy should submit at least 20 percent of the levy and the party’s provincial committees have been instructed to clear the accounts before the central committee meeting.
