KATHMANDU, Dec 15: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has congratulated Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on his re-election to the post of Nepali Congress (NC) president from the party's 14th General Convention.
