KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Former Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has cast his first vote at the polling station at Tara Mabi Bamruk in Rolpa Municipality.

Similarly, Deputy General Secretary of CPN (Maoist Center) and former minister Barsha Man Pun cast his vote at the center in Mudichaur.
Voting has started since 7 AM in Rolpa. Chief District Officer Nabaraj Sapkota said that voting has started in a peaceful atmosphere in all 86 polling stations in the district.
