As the reigning Guinness World Record holder, Sherpa has surpassed his own previous achievement, solidifying his position as one of the world's most accomplished climbers.

Elite Exped, the organization supporting Sherpa's expedition, confirmed that he reached the peak of the world's second-highest mountain, K2 (8,611m), on Thursday morning, achieving the remarkable feat at precisely 11:50 am.


This monumental accomplishment marks Sherpa as the first person in history to summit Mount K2 an astounding six times, showcasing his unmatched determination and mountaineering prowess.


In addition to his remarkable K2 achievement, Mingma David Sherpa holds the distinction of being the youngest climber to conquer all 14 peaks, an extraordinary testament to his unwavering passion for mountaineering and his relentless pursuit of excellence in the field.
