KATHMANDU, March 12: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Prem Bahadur Ale Magar has stressed the need for promoting sports tourism in the Sudurpaschim Province.
Addressing the closing ceremony of the Sudurpaschim Khaptad Gold Cup at Dhangadhi Stadium on Saturday, Minister Ale underscored the need to introduce the province not only through cultural, religious, and natural tourism but also through sports as well.

On the occasion, Minister Ale said that it was necessary to upgrade the Dhangadhi Stadium for night games and directed the bodies concerned to allocate the necessary budget for it. He also said that a budget has been allocated for the expansion of the Dhangadhi Airport and other airports in the province.
