Miss Nepal World 2018 Shrinkhala Khatiwada inspected the health post’s construction at Tamlang Village, Makwanpur.
One Home Foundation is building the health facility premises. Khatiwada , the foundation’s chairperson said, “Only minor things (Painting, and equipment fitting) remain in the health post construction’s completion.”

“Almost 6 million Nepali rupees are invested in the health post’s commencement. As the health post is located in a rural area, supplying the construction materials and finding the manpower for the work were the main challenges in the project”, said Munu Sigdel (Khatiwada’s mother).
Shrinkhala Khadiwada is also an architect-engineer. She started this project during Miss World 2018’s Beauty with a Purpose.
