MOTHER I want you back

I found myself in the street of a town When I opened my wet and soft eyes
By Prashant Paudel

I found myself in the street of a town

When I opened my wet and soft eyes

I begged for money to live my life

But nobody cared for my cries.

I remember past by leaning at the floor.

I sometimes see the images of my mother

and hope if she was still by me

I would be happy as ever

But all the things has reversed,

I see the darkness lying beside me.

Longing for love and pity

dragged to the world of suffocation

oh lord! It’s hell out of here

please have a mercy, at least once.

I want to see my mother, take me to her

I want to live once more with her

In the heaven of love and peace.

Far from this world,

Very far, where my mother is still alive.

I want to see her, see her charming face

I want to sleep once again in her lap,

Listening to her voice before I got to sleep,

In the world of love and a safe haven.
