Nutritionist and author of The Nutrition Diva’s Secrets for a Healthy Diet, Monika Reinagel offers straightforward and effortless tips that you can use to better your eating habits on her podcast The Nutrition Diva’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Eating Well and Feeling Fabulous. The podcast airs weekly episodes that are all seven to ten minutes long. It started in 2008 and has over 560 episodes till date. Reinagel tackles all sorts of issues related to nutrition and fitness on her podcast from diet and weight loss to eating habits and ways to improve your immune system.


The Ultimate Health Podcast


On The Ultimate Health Podcast, hosts Marni Wasserman and Dr. Jesse Chappus conduct interviews with doctors, chefs, nutritionists and other experts in the fields of health, fitness and nutrition. This podcast inspires and teaches you ways to become your healthiest and fittest self. The prime goal of the podcast is to influence people to actively choose healthier options in everything in their everyday lives. The podcast presents comprehensive information and alternative options, opinions and information on conventional issues. This weekly podcast that has been airing since 2014 has over 340 episodes, each of which is approximately an hour long.

TEDTalks Health isn’t really a separate podcast run by TED—rather it is just a compilation of all health related TEDTalks given by various experts. But TED created this seperate channel just for the health-related issues back in 2012 so that listeners don’t have to navigate through thousands of other TEDTalks just to find ones on health, fitness and nutrition. A total of 155 episodes have been uploaded to this channel till date and on some podcasting apps, the channel can be found under the name TuneIn Health instead of TEDTalks Health.

The podcast has long episodes whose runtime ranges between one hour to an hour and 30 minutes. This podcast that started in 2013 has over 400 episodes.

The New York Times Column Modern Love is perfect for those who are interested and invested in mental health and the complexities of relationships. Its podcast format goes a step further as celebrities read the heart-wrenching personal essays. The stories—basically experiences and contemplations on love, loss and life—are heartbreaking, funny and uplifting at the same time. With over 170 episodes, this podcast gives you a lot of things to ponder on—excellent for those days you feel a little down and need some perspective.


The Doctor’s Kitchen


The Doctor’s Kitchen is a health and nutrition podcast that has been running since 2017. It has about 50 episodes till date and is hosted by general practitioner and cookbook author Dr Rupy Aujla. Here Dr Aujla talks about a myriad of topics including principles of healthy eating, preventive measures and treatments against illness and the connection between our brain and gut, among other things.
