NA committed to safeguarding Nepali people, sovereignty: CoAS Sharma

DIPAYAL, March 23: Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) Prabhu Ram Sharma today said there have not been any changes in the principle, major policy, spirit, efficiency, role, and activities of the Nepali Army despite a reform in its organizational structure.

DIPAYAL, March 23: Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) Prabhu Ram Sharma today said there have not been any changes in the principle, major policy, spirit, efficiency, role, and activities of the Nepali Army despite a reform in its organizational structure. 


Inaugurating the ex-armies' conference organized at No 5 Brigade, Rajapur Barrack of the Nepali Army here, the Army Chief said the Nepal Army is committed to safeguarding Nepali people and the country's sovereignty.

"The organization is ready to shoulder its duties and responsibilities as stipulated in the constitution. The Nepali Army has at its best been helping the ex-armies through its welfare fund. Utilize your knowledge and skills in the Nepali soil," he added.
