NAWALPARASI, May 18: Nepali Congress (NC) mayoral candidate Chandra Bahadur Rana has been elected mayor of Madhyabindu Municipality with 10,996 votes, compared to 10,065 votes for his closest rival CPN-UML mayoral candidate Bhim Lal Adhikari.
