KATHMANDU, May 16: As the counting of votes of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is underway, the Nepali Congress (NC) is now leading.
PAC’s indecision leads to further uncertainty in Solu Corridor
With the counting of ward number 1 and 32 is still being done, NC candidate Raju Raj Joshi has climbed up to the leading position with three hundred 44 votes. Likewise, CPN-UML candidate Bidhya Sundar Shrestha is currently in second position with three hundred 40 votes. Following him is Kishore Thapa of Sajha Party with two hundred 13 votes.
Ranju Neupane of Bibeksheel is currently in fourth position with two hundred votes. Sarbottam Dangol of CPN (Maoist Center) is in fifth position with 31 votes.
