In a press conference held in Mahendranagar on Sunday, he said, “The essence of the constitution has been attacked in various ways. It seems that the regressive elements are being promoted under various pretexts and the people of Nepal are the ones who want the current government. Even now we have to protect the constitution and develop the country, we need the Congress leadership to carry out this responsibility.”

Spokesperson Mahat also said that this election will prove to be a milestone for everyone. He emphasized that a stable government will be formed in the country after the election. He said that the alliance of the current ruling alliance parties led by the Congress will win a clear majority in the elections. “A clear majority in this election will be in favor of the Congress and the government will be formed under the leadership of the Congress.”

He said, “In the past, the Nepali Congress was present in parliament with fewer seats and even if the Nepali people and other parties expect the leadership of the Congress, after the next election, the Congress will definitely become the first party.” Spokesperson Mahat said that the NC will increase the percentage of votes proportionally in the next election compared to the previous one.
