KATHMANDU, Jan 18: Nepali Congress (NC) has failed to make any decision on the candidature of the Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR).
NC Spokesperson Prakash Sharan Mahat informed Republica that NC has decided to discuss the candidacy of Speaker with other parties during the meeting of party’s office bearers held in Dhumbarahi. "We will discuss which party can be supported. There is an internal discussion about the candidate," he said.

The Federal Parliament Secretariat has fixed the nomination time for the Speaker from 1 pm to 4 pm today.
