Alliance to move ahead according to consensus: NC leader Singh
Stating that the NC should introduce programs to strengthen the financial condition of the people after the party’s 14th General Convention, he said that he should be given a chance to lead the NC as he has been involved in politics since his days as a student. Singh said that he has announced his candidacy for the post of NC president to institutionalize the party and to preserve democracy.
“Just because my father Ganesh Man Singh quit politics, it doesn't mean his son should too,” Singh said. Furthermore, he urged everyone to take politics as a means of service and said that it was Kathmandu's turn to lead the NC.
