KATHMANDU, Nov 5: Nepali Congress has decided to support Rastriya Janata Party Nepal candidate Mahantha Thakur in Mahottari-3.

The party has decided to withdraw the candidacy of Bajranga Nepali to support the candidacy of Thakur.
Talking with Republica online, NC candidate Nepali said that he got the verbal instructions from the central office of the party. “Though I had struggled a lot within the party to ensure my candidacy for the elections, but I am backing off from the nomination for the sake of political scenario of the country and of the constituency itself”, said Nepali.
