Nepal bags two gold, three silver in world martial arts peace cup

SALLERI, Dec 19: The Nepali martial arts team has won two gold medals and three silvers in the World Martial Peace Cup 2017 held recently in Morocco.

SALLERI, Dec 19: The Nepali martial arts team has won two gold medals and three silvers in the World Martial Peace Cup 2017 held recently in Morocco. 


Team member Arjun Rokka of Solukhumbu bagged two gold medals while another member Sanju Maharjan clinched two silver medals.

Likewise, it was Dawang Keshang Lama who won one more silver in the tournament, said Nepal Martial Self Defence Association Nepal’s central chair DB Ranapal from Morocco. 


The seven-member team also comprising chair Ranapal, and first vice chair Nutan Shrestha is returning home from Morocco tomorrow. The tournament was organised by Martial Self Defence International Association, Portugal. RSS
