KATHMANDU, March 21: Nepal is set to clash with Bahrain today in a match under the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers.


Originally slated to be held in Nepal, the game has been relocated to Bahrain due to the poor condition of the Dashrath Stadium ground.

Tonight, Nepal will take on Bahrain in the second round of Asia qualifiers at Bahrain’s national stadium. The game will kick off at 12:45 PM local time.


Following consecutive defeats, Nepal is gearing up for a pivotal football match against Bahrain in a bid to reverse their fortunes. Having suffered losses against the UAE and Yemen, Nepal is determined to secure a much-needed victory to enhance their standing in Group H.


Despite setbacks, Nepal’s journey to the second round signals their resilience as they advanced to the second round after overcoming Laos in the initial stages
