KATHMANDU, March 31: The Nepali national team has won the toss and opted to field first against the Gujarat Cricket Association in the inaugural match of the SMS Friendship Cup T20 tri-series.
Nepal is preparing to take on Baroda and Gujarat in Vapi, India in the seven-match tournament taking place from March 31 to April.

Nepal’s fixture in the SMS Friendship Cup includes clashes against Gujarat on March 31, Baroda on April 2, another face-off with Gujarat on April 3, and a final encounter against Baroda on April 5, leading up to the eagerly awaited final showdown on April 7.
