Nepal-India Joint Commission meeting concludes

KATHMANDU, Jan 4: The 7th meeting of Nepal-India Joint Commission (JC) has concluded.


Foreign Minister Narayan Prakash Saud and External Affairs Minister of India, Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, led the delegations of their respective countries in the meeting.

According to Foreign Minister Saud, various aspects of Nepal-India relations were discussed in the JC meeting under thematic areas such as economic relations, connectivity, trade and transportation, energy and water resources, education and culture and politics.


He said that in the bilateral meeting with the Indian counterpart, Nepal-India relations were discussed under various thematic areas.
