KATHMANDU, June 26: Nepal is likely to witness heavy rainfall across the country for next three days, according to the meteorological forecasting division under the department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

The weather is generally and mostly cloudy across the country as of Saturday. Light to moderate rain is likely to continue at many places of the country. Likewise, there are chances of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in a few places in Province 1, Province 2, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province and Lumbini Province today.

Nepal is witnessing the change in the weather condition due to the impact of monsoon trough, reads a Weather Forecast Bulletin of the division.


The division has also forecasted chances of heavy to light rainfall across the country on Sunday and Monday
