Despite being out of the title race, Nepal’s medal winning chance has not still ended. Nepal will now take on Kyrgyzstan for the third place match on Friday. Nepal will win a bronze medal if it wins that game. Nepal captain Em Rana Magar said that they lost the game after a poor performance in block and service. “Our block and receive was very poor today,’’ Magar said, “The main reason for the loss was that.’’  Coach Jagadish Bhatta said that his team could not perform according to his tactics.

“Turkmenistan is a stronger team than us, so we had made some tactics against them,’’ Bhatta said, “Our game could not go according to the plans and we lost.’’ Turkmenistan will take on Bangladesh in the final for the trophy as the latter beat Kyrgyzstan 3-2 in the other semifinal match.
