Nepal needs UML to win elections for development: Oli

Addressing election rallies in different locations in Jhapa on Tuesday, Oli said there was a wave of the people in favor of the UML. Oli addressed election rallies in Bhadrapur, Haldibari and Mechinagar calling upon the locals to cast their votes for UML candidates.
