KATHMANDU, May 18: Nepal recorded 24 new cases of COVID-19 along with 15 recoveries on Thursday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
As many as 1,839 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 14 PCR and 10 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus.

There are currently 88 active cases of COVID-19 across the country. Among them, nine are in institutional isolation, one in ICUs and one on ventilator.
Meanwhile, the health ministry has urged one and all to take caution and also get themselves a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
