Nepal SBI Bank contributes Rs 10 million to govt’s COVID-19 Fund

KATHMANDU, May 5: Nepal SBI Bank Ltd has contributed Rs 10 Million to the COVID-19 Prevention Fund established by the government.

KATHMANDU, May 5: Nepal SBI Bank Ltd has contributed Rs 10 Million to the COVID-19 Prevention Fund established by the government.


Amid a program at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies on Tuesday, the bank handed over Rs 5 Million to Minister Lekhraj Bhatta.

According to the press release, earlier, SBI Bank had already provided Rs 500,000 each to all 7 Provinces as financial support to the battle against the spread of COVID-19 and Rs 150,000 has already been utilized for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in various parts of the country.


Also, SBI bank has been providing banking services despite the lockdown and challenging times.
