Nepali, Indian security personnel start joint patrolling at Nepal-India border

NAWALPARASI, Oct 29: Security personnel of Nepal and India have started joint patrolling at the Nepal-India border check points in Nawalparasi to control any possible criminal activities during the Tihar festival.

NAWALPARASI, Oct 29: Security personnel of Nepal and India have started joint patrolling at the Nepal-India border check points in Nawalparasi to control any possible criminal activities during the Tihar festival. 



Chief at the Harpur-based Armed Police Base Camp, Police Inspector Rabin Thapa, said that security personnel of both countries have jointly started patrolling in view of possible criminal and unpleasant incidents occurring at the border points during the festival. 



Similarly, special security plan has been brought into effect targeting Tihar in Nawalparasi. 

Superintendent of Police, Rajendra Prasad Chaudhary, said that the special security plan was implemented to provide security to people and boost law and order during the festival. RSS
