Nepalis rescued from Israel depart from Delhi

KATHMANDU, Oct 18: A total of 18 Nepali nationals rescued from Israel by an Indian aircraft have left New Delhi for their destinations in Nepal.

KATHMANDU, Oct 18: A total of 18 Nepali nationals rescued from Israel by an Indian aircraft have left New Delhi for their destinations in Nepal.  


At the request of the Nepal government, the Indian government rescued 18 Nepalis from war-torn Israel and brought them to the capital of India, Delhi on Tuesday. After they landed safely in New Delhi, the Nepali Embassy in India arranged for them to return to Nepal.


According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seven people traveled to Kanchanpur by a reserved bus and eight people bought their own tickets for Kathmandu. According to the ministry, two people went their own way. According to the ministry, one has gone to their relatives in Mumbai and three are still in the Nepali embassy in New Delhi.
