‘Nepathya Sanjh’ for building school in Dolakha

Nepathya is going to organize a concert on February 29 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. According to a press statement released by Nepalaya, this is not only a musical concert but all the funds raised through the ticket will be helping to build a government school's building in Dolkha that was destroyed in the earthquake.

Nepathya is going to organize a concert on February 29 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. According to a press statement released by Nepalaya, this is not only a musical concert but all the funds raised through the ticket will be helping to build a government school's building in Dolkha that was destroyed in the earthquake.


The concert titled 'Music for education’ is a joint venture where 'Help Nepal Network' is collaborating with Nepathya. And the fund will be handed to Rajkuleshwor Lower Secondary School at Bhimeshwor Municipality - 2.

The band donated around Rs one million to Prime Minister's Relief Fund and around Rs four million during the earthquake. And this concert is also the continuation of the same as per the press statement.


Although the official reconstruction of the government school in Dolakha was formally inaugurated in 2073 BS, it is still under construction. According to the approved design, after the construction of this school building, 300 students will have the opportunity to study in earthquake resistant buildings. This building with basic amenities is being built in the traditional Nepali structure.
