NIFRA selling 600,000 promoter shares

KATHMANDU, March 17: Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is going to sell promoter shares.

KATHMANDU, March 17: Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is going to sell promoter shares. 


NIFRA, issuing a notification on Sunday, said that it is going to sell the founder's shares.

The bank is going to sell 600,000 shares in the name of founder shareholder Bodh Prasad Tripathi.


Existing founding shareholders who want to purchase shares should apply to the bank's office within 35 days.


According to the bank, if no application for purchase of shares is received from the promoters within the specified period, the process of selling shares to other persons or organizations will be initiated.
