KATHMANDU, Jan 26: Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) congratulated sports reporter Prajwal Oli for making to the top three in the best column category at the International Sports Press Association's Sports Media Awards in Kathmandu on Friday.
Oli, the general secretary of the NSJF has made to the list among applicants of 180 countries.

Oli's article with the headline, 'Nepal barely plays 50 different sports, but hosts nearly 200 sports associations', published in July last year at the Kathmandu Post was nominated in the top three.
Oli, former sports coordinator at Republica, has been in the sports journalism for nearly one and a half decade. The top three finishers will be announced during the awards ceremony scheduled for February 3, in Budapest.
Oli remains in contention for the top prize of US $8,000.
Oli leaves for Budapest on February 1 to attend the awards ceremony.
