KATHMANDU, June 29: Independent candidate of Chhatar Rural Municipality-1 Num Bahadur Magar has been elected as ward chairperson.

He secured 362 votes.
Similarly, woman candidate Kamala Shrestha has been elected as a ward member with 343 votes, Dita Kumari BK has been elected with 331 votes from Dalit Community, while Kek Bahadur Gurung got elected with 314 votes.
