KATHMANDU, Feb 24: Decisive talks have begun between Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and CPN-UML Chairman Khadga Prasad Oli.
At a time when preparations are underway to revive the five-party alliance led by the Nepali Congress that existed before the November 20 elections, the two top leaders of CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center), the main constituents of the current ruling coalition, are sitting for a 'decisive' discussion.

Just this morning, Prime Minister Dahal had a discussion with the leaders of three other parties of the previous alliance, including the Nepali Congress.
In these meetings, sources said political parties are proposing various candidates for the upcoming presidential election.
