KATHMANDU, Nov 8: “I used to till the field when I was young. The he-buffaloes that I used to plough field were young and energetic,” said CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli.
Speaking at a program organized to form an election mobilization committee for Kathmandu Constituency-5, Oli said, “Our electoral alliance is for the national integrity, development and peace. Our objective is to meet the target of sustainable development set by the United Nations by 2030.

"Look at the zeal and enthusiasm of the experienced youths in Province 1 and Province 2. Today we have jointly issued an election manifesto. This election manifesto is not limited to the manifesto alone, it is a commitment paper to develop the country. The nationality could be protected only when our country is fully developed," Oli said.
He further said that the CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center) are the influential political parties in the country. The opponents have been scared after we formed the electoral alliance.
