Pakistan Embassy essay writing and speech competition winners awarded

KATHMANDU, March 4: The Pakistan Embassy, on Monday, organized an award giving ceremony of seventh annual Ambassador of Pakistan Essay Writing Competition and third annual Ambassador of Pakistan Speech Competition. Chief Guest of the program professor Damber Bahadur Nepali gave away awards to winning students amidst a ceremony held in the capital.

KATHMANDU, March 4: The Pakistan Embassy, on Monday, organized an award giving ceremony of seventh annual Ambassador of Pakistan Essay Writing Competition and third annual Ambassador of Pakistan Speech Competition. Chief Guest of the program professor Damber Bahadur Nepali gave away awards to winning students amidst a ceremony held in the capital.


Mallika Humagain, Spriha Baral and Anita Rai won the top prizes in Essay Writing Completion whereas Roshan Nepal, Sunika Adhikari, Urusha KC and Manjeeta Gurung won prizes in Speech Competition. Winners were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals in addition to Rs 50,000, Rs 40,000, Rs 35,000 and Rs 25,000 for each competition separately. 22 Runners up were given consolation prizes of NRs. 5,000 each.

At the program, Chief Guest Professor Damber Bahadur Nepali appreciated the efforts of Embassy to convey the message of Pakistan's friendship to Nepalese youth. Ambassador Dr. Mazar Javed greatly admired the talent and potential of the participants.
