CHITWAN, August 13: A truck has fallen into Trishuli River under Prithvi Highway. The truck fell into the Trishuli River at a place called Nagdi Khola located in Ichchakamana Rural Municipality- 5 of Chitwan.
According to the District Police Office Chitwan, nothing has been seen of the truck that fell in Trishuli except for bricks, part of the truck door and glass. The truck, which was on its way to Dhading from Muglin fell into the Trishuli River.
Truck falls into Trishuli river, one goes missing
Narahari Adhikari, Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Chitwan, said that the truck may have been carrying bricks. A police team from Muglin has reached the incident site. The number plate of the truck is not revealed as it is submerged in the river.
It is also yet to be known as to how many people were aboard the ill-fated truck.
