PARSA, Aug 12: The office of Standards and Metrology in Parsa sealed off a petrol station in Hetauda for selling a less amount of fuel than paid for.


Shivam Fuel Centre has been found to have broken the seals of petrol pumps and have been cheating customers by selling a less amount of fuel than paid for, said office chief Shashi Bhushan Yadav.

The owner of the fuel pump has been asked to be present in the office within three days for further action, and a fraud case has been filed against him, he said.


Likewise, Asian Paints Industry inside Hetauda Industrial Area has faced action for selling products more than permitted, he added.
