KATHMANDU, Feb 16: Basant Panchami, also popularly known as Shree Panchami or Saraswati Puja is being observed across the country with a huge fanfare today.
On the same occasion, President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli participated in special rituals at Hanuman Dhoka in Kathmandu on Tuesday morning.
