MORANG, April 26: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal arrived in Morang via helicopter of the Nepali Army on Friday afternoon.
He arrived in Morang to attend the 12th Convocation Ceremony of Purbanchal University located at Gothgaun in Morang.
