KATHMA NDU, Aug 28: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that attention would be paid to make government offices systematic.
After monitoring the office of the Attorney General this morning, Prime Minister Dahal said that the facilities received by the offices would make the government efficient.
On first day in office, PM pledges ‘govt for poor’
"The office of the Attorney General should be capable to defend the government. I will take initiative to resolve the problems facing the office," he said.
Stating that physical and policy-level problems were seen in the office, PM Dahal asked support of all for the resolution of other problems.
Similarly, Attorney General Raman Kumar Shrestha said that the government has had to lose many cases for lack of coordination among the ministries.
He also demanded amendment of new constitution which has a provision that states that no government attorney could become a judge.
Likewise, Deputy Attorney General Durga Bandhu Pokharel demanded that the government make arrangement of necessary physical infrastructure soon to make the office systematic. RSS
