He insisted on unity among the political parties for the same.

"Political parties here who got united to promulgate the constitution should once again work with such integrity to enforce the constitution. The genuine demands of the Madhes, Tharus and indigenous communities regarding the constitution should be addressed through amendment", the PM asserted. He went on saying that political parties are nearing consensus to bring the constitution amendment proposal.

Taking the country towards the path of economic progress by maintaining unity among the people of mountain, hill and the Terai regions is the need of the hour, the Prime Minister said.
