PM Oli, NHRC Chair Sharma hold talks over Ganga Maya's hunger strike

KATHMANDU, June 13: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Chairperson of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Anup Raj Sharma have held one-on-one talks to discuss the issue of Ganga Maya Shrestha, who is on a fast-unto death.

KATHMANDU, June 13: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Chairperson of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Anup Raj Sharma have held one-on-one talks to discuss the issue of Ganga Maya Shrestha, who is on a fast-unto death.

Ganga Maya has been staging a fast-unto-death after the government gave amnesty to murder-accused Bal Krishna Dhungel recently.


Sources confirmed that they are dwelling on Ganga Maya’s issue in Prime Minister’s residence, Baluwatar.
